Instructions:

Finely dice onion and put on pasta water. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, brown onion over low heat, dice bacon and add, slowly fry until crispy.

Pour with tomato sauce, pit olives and cut into rings, add to the sauce. Season with herbs, pepper and salt. Grate cheese.

Drain the pasta and divide it between 2 plates, pour the sauce over it and serve sprinkled with cheese.

Preparation Tip:

Sprinkle with fresh basil or a few finely chopped arugula leaves.
