Try this delicious cake recipe:

Knead all ingredients for the dough base together and spread evenly in a cake springform pan (O 26 cm).

Drain the apricots or peaches well in a sieve and place on the pastry base.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir all other ingredients for the quark topping together, finally fold in the snow and spread evenly over the fruit. Bake until golden brown.
