Rinse off the drumsticks, dry and rub with the spices. Place on a frying pan with the skin side down. Roast in the oven at 150 degrees for half an hour. Then turn the legs to the other side.

Soak the baked fruit in the cider. Peel the onions and remove the skin from the potatoes. Cut both into wedges. Mix with drained baked fruit (reserving cider). Season potato-fruit mixture with salt, pepper, cinnamon and ground coriander. After an hour to the legs form, pour a little bit of cider. Brush the drumsticks with cider in between. Finally, sprinkle with plucked coriander leaves.

Takes about 2 hours.
