For the minced meat wrapped in bacon, peel onion, dice 1 onion. Cut remaining onions into fine rings.

Knead minced meat with onion cubes, breadcrumbs and egg. Season with salt, pepper and mustard.

Form 12 small rolls, wrap each with 1 slice of bacon. Heat oil.

Fry the rolls on all sides. Add onion rings and fry for another 10 minutes. Season onions with salt and pepper.

Serve the mince wrapped in bacon.
