Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the casserole, brown the meat well on all sides on 2 or possibly automatic hotplate 8 -10. Then add 1 cup of hot water, switch back to 1 or possibly automatic hotplate 4 to 5, close the casserole and braise the meat for 90 min. The cooking time is reduced to half an hour in the Kelomat.

Select, rinse and drain the cranberries. Dice the onions and celery, add to the meat together with the cranberries, add 3/8 liter of hot water, continue to braise for 30 min. with the lid closed (15 min. in the Kelomat).

Remove the meat, keep warm. Season the sauce with sugar and white wine, boil well once more.

Cut the meat diagonally to the fiber, pour the sauce with the vegetables over it when serving. Serve with potato dumplings or possibly yeast dumplings.
