For homemade bread, first preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat). Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda and spices) together (I always use half rye flour and then mix in whole wheat or spelt flour. Have also baked it with soy flour – just try it).

Add remaining ingredients and knead dough quickly. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes. Super fast, delicious homemade bread for in between.

Preparation Tip:

I like to add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds or sesame seeds to the dough for homemade bread. Simply mix with the dry ingredients and process as usual. I have also kneaded in walnuts and oatmeal - there are no limits to your imagination. I have also already made the double mass and then simply given on the baking tray.
