Separate eggs. Beat the yolks with the powdered sugar until very foamy.
Melt the orange chocolate, 250 g butter and the whipped cream slowly. Then let cool slightly and add to the yolk mixture.
Stir in the flour, nuts and beaten egg whites. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C.
Divide the cooled cake in half, spread with plum jam and fold together.
For the glaze, melt chocolate and butter and glaze the cake with it.
Preparation Tip:
Sprinkle the glaze with chopped nuts before it is completely dry.
