For the liver loaf with potato salad, preheat the oven to 180 °C, roast the liver loaf for approx. 20 minutes at top/bottom heat, then switch the temperature back to 140 °C.
Continue roasting for 40 minutes. Arrange the Leberkäse with potato salad and serve.
Preparation Tip:
If you want a particularly crispy crust, simply switch on the grill function for another 5 minutes.
