Stir the ingredients for the pancakes well, swell for half an hour. Then bake in heated oil and keep warm.
Take the indicated amount of milk and mix it with cornstarch. Bring the remaining milk to the boil and mix in the cornstarch, add the chocolate in pieces and let it melt. Pour the sauce over the pancakes.
