A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1. release cardamom seeds from capsule and crush in mortar.

Place flour, baking powder and salt in a large enough bowl. Press an indentation in the center.

Separate the eggs. Form the egg yolks into the bulge and stir through with the milk, folding in the cardamom, making sure there are no lumps. Allow the dough to swell for about half an hour. 3.

Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Heat light butter or butter in a frying pan, pour in the batter and evenly distribute a few ringtails on top. Bake the pancake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Stir the yogurt with the maple syrup, spread it on the finished pancakes and evenly distribute the remaining ringtails on top. Chop the pistachio nuts. Garnish the pancake with mint leaves, powdered sugar and pistachios.
