For the gingerbread layer dessert, cut the gingerbread into small pieces or – if it is already hard – grate it and mix it with the juice of one orange.

Divide this mixture into 4 glasses. Cook a pudding from milk, pudding powder and raw cane sugar according to package instructions and pour it over the gingerbread mass.

Layer the applesauce over the pudding and top each with 1 tablespoon of cranberry compote.

Preparation Tip:

The gingerbread layered dessert can also be prepared with rum or amaretto, instead of orange juice.
