Ingredients:

Instructions:

cover with a wet (careful, not damp!) kitchen towel and rest. Cut the feta cheese as well as the kitchen herbs, mix with the egg, oil and spices.

Cut the dough into 7 x 20 cm strips. Mix the melted butter with the whipped cream and brush the dough with it. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

On the lower end of each strip, spread 1 teaspoon of the filling and fold 2 strips of dough into a triangle, fold up (like a flag, best to show) and roll up into a triangle.

Later prepare the underlying 2 dough strips in the same way.

Place on a greased baking tray, brush with the milk-butter mixture and bake in the oven (center) for about 10 minutes.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
