Instructions:

For omelets you need a little bit bigger frying pan.

The eggs are beaten, mixed a little bit (as with egg dishes) and the butter is stirred in in small pieces.

The egg mixture is now poured into the heated frying pan and should now at best just cover the bottom, so that the quantity sets evenly and quickly (please nevertheless do not turn the heat up too high!).

When preparing omelets, shake the frying pan a little after a minute, then tilt it a little – so that the side facing your own body is raised.

Ideally, the omelet will slide down a little bit. Using a fork, you now flip the top side onto the bottom so that it pops together a tiny bit. Next, invert the omelet onto a waiting plate and serve. The omelets can be filled with almost any vegetable, cheese or ham.

Tip: Did you know that one bowl of spinach provides almost all the manganese and fiber you need?
