For the marzipan-lavender confection, sprinkle confectioners’ sugar on a board and roll the marzipan about 1/2 cm. Cut out small shapes.

For the glaze, mix jam, milk and lavender sugar and spread on the marzipan. Let dry. Makes about 45 pieces

Preparation Tip:

You can also use blueberry jam for the marzipan lavender confection.
