For the soyccino, whip the soy milk with a milk frother in a saucepan at a moderate temperature until frothy. Pour strong espresso coffee (a 80 ml) into 4 glasses.
Then carefully fill the glasses with the foamed soy milk and then sprinkle the soyccino with cinnamon powder!
Preparation Tip:
A macaron or two goes perfectly with the soyccino.
