Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Divide the broccoli into small roses and make al dente in salted water with a little freshly grated nutmeg in about 10 to 15 min.

Make the pasta al dente in salted water in 8 to 10 min, rinse and drain.

Briefly sauté the crayfish tails with the garlic in olive oil, seasoning with a little salt and pepper just before the end.

Mix all three components in the gratin dish (order fanatics can of course also alternate layers). Pour the whipped cream evenly over the top and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake in the heated oven on the middle shelf at 180 to 200 °C for 20 to 30 minutes.
