For the soy burger, mix the soy sauce, vegetable soup and soy granules, bring to the boil and let steep for 8 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan until translucent. Mix soy granules, onion, parsley, egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt, pepper and tomato paste.

Form the mixture into four loaves and fry in a pan on both sides. Dress with the remaining ingredients, to taste, and serve the soy burgers.

Preparation Tip:

French fries or onion rings go great with soy burgers.
