Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Peel garlic clove and chop coarsely. Clean mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil, fry garlic in it until hot. Add broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and sauté until hot. Add corn on the cob, green beans and mushrooms and fry for about 2 minutes. Deglaze vegetables with soy sauce and fish sauce. Season with salt and (to taste) a little chili powder before serving.
