Season the cleaned fish fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little juice of a lemon, turn them in flour on the other side, roast them in a pan with hot fat nicely against each other on both sides until they are nice and golden brown. Just before taking them out, brush with knofl and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with parsley potatoes.
