Instructions:

For the apple pancakes, mix flour, milk and salt thoroughly and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan and pour in batter in portions. Reduce temperature and turn pancakes after about a minute, finish frying and keep warm. Repeat the process until the batter is used up.

Peel apples, cut into small pieces and steam in apple juice. Squeeze lemon. Mix apple mixture with curd cheese, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice, spread pancakes with it and fold together.

Grate chocolate, mix with powdered sugar and sprinkle over apple pancakes.

Preparation Tip:

For the apple pancakes we can also use whole wheat flour.
