Instructions:

For the Nutella wreath, separate the eggs, mix the yolks with Nutella, add a little salt, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

To the yolk mixture, alternately stir in the milk and flour mixed with baking powder, finally fold in the snow.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 40 minutes. Let cool, cut once, fill with Nutella, assemble, spread with jam and cover with chocolate icing.
