For the nut nougat pancakes, heat the nut nougat in a water bath until it is liquid. Mix eggs, milk, salt, vanilla sugar and flour with a whisk, let rest for about 30 minutes.
Stir in warmed, lukewarm nougat. Heat some of the oil in a coated pancake pan. Pour in 1 scoop of batter, swirl pan to distribute batter well, fry for 1 minute, then flip and finish baking.
Proceed in the same way with the remaining batter until it is used up and serve the nut-nougat pancakes as desired.
