Instructions:

Peel and finely chop the onion. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes with the remaining vegetables.

Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the diced peppers and onions. Add the remaining vegetables, garlic and paradeis pulp and fry as well.

Finally, stir in the tomatoes, well drained corn kernels and beans. Sprinkle the oatmeal on top and pour the soup.

Stir well and let the stew simmer a bit.

Cut the smoked meat into bite-sized pieces, add it and simmer until it is warm.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and bring the stew to the boil again.
